We have been working with the non-profit, Community Interest Company RareMinds who provide counselling, training an dinformation for rare disease patient groups and organisations, to develop a range of mental health resources for rare communities as they emerge from lock-down.
One thing that we really wanted to highlight was that the rare community, are used to dealing with uncertainty on an everyday basis, and often we are stronger than we think!
